How to Improve financially in the career

You have some useful skills and will definitely find a good career opportunity in the IT industry or even Govt. agencies subject to the fulfillment of other criteria as applicable.

It is, however, difficult to suggest anything specific without first understanding your goals and preferred zone of employment. However, with all the practical knowledge that you claim to have on computer hardware, I would suggest you pursue some networking courses as well and try to appear in the certification examination of reputed brands such as Cisco, Microsoft etc. which is held in most parts of India.

Alongside, I would also suggest that you enroll for NEILIT (formerly DOEACC) 'O' level or 'A' Level course which is a preferred computer diploma for seeking employment in Govt. organizations. For courses under NEILIT, as far as I am aware you can attend classes in different centers & universities where the course is available or even appear as a Private candidate by self-study using reference materials and online course materials.

With these additional qualifications and combined with the practical experience you already boast in your resume, you can compete more confidently and have better opportunities in applying for different job recruitments in private, govt. and PSU's etc. alike.

In general, Software and Hardware both play an important role. You seem to be an expert on solving the technical issue of the system but lack knowledge on its software side. So, you can go for a software course to understand it better and execute them in a more professional way. You can get suggestions from your own colleagues or Google to know more relevant course nearby.

You are selling the computers' to your company that would also give you little income besides the salary. Well and good, you can continue and do some part-time service after off-duty if possible. Try to establish a small business as part-time till you get enough amount for at least one year continuously so that you can permanently establish the business for future purpose.

To stay in a business for a long, customer-relation is also important. You need to get a new customer as well by presenting 'Business cards', 'Advertisement' and 'Digital Marketing' etc. The quality service continuously and customer satisfaction with the reasonable price can enrich your business for a long-term. All in all, you may enrich financially in the career.
