Is Paytmmall a reliable website ?

How is the service from Paytm mall? Cheeck out the experiences from Experts.

One of my friends recommended to buy things online from Paytmmall . There are many attractive offers on the website too for buying groceries or rel;electronic items. I wanted to know if the website is genuine ?

Some offers look too good to be true ?

I am having a mixed kind of feeling when it comes to giving a review of the PAYTM MALL. Yes, the site is genuine because it is subsidiary of the giant company of India called PAYTM. It all depends upon the seller you are buying from. I remember once I ordered a bedsheet in almost no cost (hardly 138 bucks) for double bed sheet after applying promotional codes. But guess what, the quality of the material was too bad to be used and it got discoloured after 2-3 wash only. When I checked I found that the seller did not get too many reviews.

So if it's Paytm mall check the review and go for the seller who is having more number of reviews from the customers. Also, the Paytm Mall is quite good if you want to order electronic gadgets because you will get fascinating offers which you will not get anywhere else. Most of the Paytm Mall offers will be in the form of cashback which can be utilized to but other products or to pay online.

Frankly speaking, do not always go with Paytmmall. I have bitter experience of buying a wireless mouse of TERABYTE make. The quality of the mouse is so poor that cell or batteries holders are faulty and batteries do not properly fit into it. I replaced that mouse and got a new one but it is of the similar quality. Right now I am dealing with the same faulty mouse with common sense packing into the battery socket. It is now working fine but battery problem occurs frequently.
So, do not always follow the Paywall. Some products are of the genuine quality such as my laptop ASUS X541U. It is really fine and I recommend to buy it.
