Any bank offering online opening of PPF account in India ?

Yes. PPF account opening can be done by online mode. Many banks including ICICI bank provides such facilities. The only mandatory requirements are as per followings
1. The customer should be a sole owner of the saving account in that bank with which account is being opened.
2. He or she should have access to internet banking facility because an online application is done via net banking portal.
3. The second option, PPF account can be opened by visiting ICICI bank website, fill the appropriate form and along with PAN card and relevant documents (original and with photocopy with self-attested) like Aadhar card, one has to approach the branch.
