  • As you are telling that you have never rooted your phone. Let me tell you that rooting a phone is not a compulsory task that you need to perform. Rooting a device is risky as you will lose your warranty and also it can make your device dead.
Often people root their device in order to crack a game or app. Its mainly used to crack a game, as told earlier it's risky so you better avoid it. It's not advisable from my side. I have rooted a few devices using Kingroot application and it worked for me every time. I have no idea what's the issue with your phone as you are telling that you have tried many of those applications but none of them worked out. I would suggest you to search for step to step guide over Youtube where you will find many videos explaining how to root a device properly in several languages. If you have already tried those methods and yet you have no luck then I think your phone has some software issue. You should visit the nearest service centre of Lenovo and get your device updated with the latest software. I hope that will work.
