    Issues with my Yes Sapphire (2GB) MP4 Player

    I have an issue regarding my Yes Sapphire (2GB) MP4 Player. My model is Model- YMP Sapphire which has not been working for some time.

    I live in Hyderabad. Could you please suggest me some authorized service centre in Hyderabad where I can get the MP4 player repaired? How much will the repair or service cost? It is out of warranty.

    Sometime back, IDLDPL ((India Digital Life Style Distributors Pvt. Ltd) was the authorised service centres for this product, but now I believe they have closed down. Hence, I am in a dilemma.

    There is not much information available on the brand on the net. Neither there is any service centre found after an extensive search. But I have gathered the website address of their customer service. Here it is:

    Here, you have to create a ticket for the customer service, and they would get back to you. but you have to feed in the Serial number of your Product if it is there.
    Otherwise, you can try general DVD, CD, MP3 &4 repair centres in Ameerpet, Aditya Enclave.
