Well, that query should ideally bring up some well known responses. Here I go with my list.
Samsung Galaxy S8
The phone, as usual, will launch at WMC 2017. Even then some reports suggest an earlier launch. There are no clear information available on the exact specification list. There are rumours doing the rounds that Samsung is likely follow Apple in removing the 3.5 mm headphone jack. Another rumour has been stating that the Galaxy S8 will have 4K resolution on its display.
The eighth in the series in the super popular Galaxy S series will be powered by Snapdragon 830 processor. The phone will have 6 GB of massive RAM. Galaxy S8 is likely to support 5G technology. You can expect the Edge variant as well.
Apple iPhone 8
2016 was a great year when it came to the launch of iPhones. The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus brought up some new firsts in Apple devices. Removal of 3.5 mm jack is one of them. iPhone 7 Plus had dual camera setup. We may expect dual camera in iPhone 8 as well in addition to 8 Plus.
The phone will come with iOS 11. The phone will be powered by Apple A 11 processor. Apple iPhone 8 will have waterproof body. iPhone 8 may come with a reversible charger. The new iPhones will be slimmer than the previous devices.
Microsoft Surface
Microsoft is attempting a stronger comeback with Microsoft Surface. The smartphone will come with quad HD resolution at 1560 x 1440 pixels. The screen protection is provided by ClearBlack Gorilla Glass 4. Microsoft Surface will come with 21-Megapixel PureView camera. The camera will have Zeiss 6 element lens. The front camera will be with 8 MP resolution. The front camera will come with Zeiss wide angle lens.
The AMOLED screen will have a 5.5-inch display size. The Surface will have 8 GB of RAM. 64 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity is the likely possibility.
Samsung Galaxy X
This is probably going to be the foldable phone after quite long time. The smartphone will come with 4K resolution. The Galaxy X is believed to have AMOLED display. The rear camera will have a dual camera setup. The display size is assumed to be 5.5 to 5.7 inch.
The foldable smartphone is likely to come with 6 GB RAM. In fact, I guess 4 GB RAM appears to have become the lowest possible standard. There is no clear idea about the processor though - the phone may have either Snapdragon 830 or in house Exynos powering it. Galaxy X will have water and dust resistance properties. You can expect an iris scanner on board. The internal storage is believed to be 256 GB.
Noka D1C
The comeback vehicle of Nokia is expected to make big news in the upcoming year. Embracing Android for the first time, it will definitely be worthwhile go look forward to what does it bring up. Nokia has always been a known brand in terms of reliability, ease of use and hardware quality. The smartphone is believed to be coming with Snapdragon 430 processor and 3 GB RAM. The internal storage capacity would be 16 GB. The phone is believed to have 13 and 16 MP rear cameras in two separate variants and 8 MP front snapper. The smartphone is rumoured to run on Android 7.0 Nougat. The 5.5 inch QHD display is said to have gorilla glass protection.
If Nokia can live up to the name it had made for itself in the years gone by, we can hope for some upheavals in the global smartphone market. The new device will have water and dust resistance properties. It is also stated to sport a all metal unibody design. The smartphone is likely to have dual camera setup.
Le Max 2 Pro Extreme
Such a huge name! I am not sure the final version that comes into your hands will have the same name. It is said to be powered by Snapdragon 830 procerssor. A whopping 8 GB RAM is the USP of the device, I would suppose. The rear camera is stated to be 25 MP resolution.
The device is rumoured to come in a 6 inch display size. 128 GB inbuilt memory coupled with 8 GB RAM should make it a multitasking giant. The 25 MP rear and 16 MP front camera make it a great option for the photography buffs.
