How to cancel an order at TataCliq?

Here are the steps you need to follow if you want to cancel an order from TataCliQ -

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to My TataCliq.

3. Choose the order you want to cancel from the list of My Orders.

4. Click on Cancel Order.

5. Repeat the steps for all items if there are more items. Please note that you will need to cancel the items individually.

6. Select the reason for the cancellation and confirm.

That is it. You will receive an acknowledgement for the cancellation. The refund process, if the payment has been done, will be initiated.

Please note that an order can only be cancelled before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped, no cancellation is allowed. The refund process will take around 7 to 8 days to complete.

To cancel an order at the TataCliq, you have to:

1. First Sign in to your TataCliq account.

2. Click on "My TataCliq".

3. Select the order from "Your Orders" which you want to cancel from the list.

4. Click on the "Cancel Order" button.

5. The Site will give you a list of probable reasons of cancellation.

6. You need to Select your particular reason and confirm it.

7. If you have multiple items to cancel, you have to go back to "My Orders" and repeat the steps henceforth.

Once you are done they will send an acknowledgement to you for the order of cancellation along with the details of the refund processing.

But you have to remember that you can cancel an order only till the time before the item is been shipped as they don't cancel any product if it has been already shipped. It is likely to take 7 to 8 days to complete the process of refund and that reflecting in your bank account.

1. Login to your TataCliq account here : https://www.tatacliq.com/

2. Go to "My TataCliq".

3. Go to "Your Orders" page. And choose the order you wish to cancel.

4. Press "Cancel Order" button.

5. Specify the list of cancellation reasons. Choose the one that applies to your case.

6. Confirm cancellation reason and click submit.

7. You get the confirmation for the order cancellation. It'll also contain the details for the refund processing.

Depending on the order process, your refund may take 4-7 business days to process. Items in transit also don't get cancelled. In such case product refund process is different, and for which you have to apply differently. You may also likely to get a call on refund process for verification that you initiated the cancellation.
