The Lumia 650 from Microsoft has the following features and specifications.
The Design
Based on a metal build, the smartphone is 142 x 70.9 x 6.9 mm in size that weighs around 122 grams. But you would find a removable and plastic rear cover, which might be deliberately done for making it lightweight .
The Display
The phone comes with a 5 inch AMOLED screen display with 720x1280 of HD resolution and is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. To ensure better display quality, the Microsoft has used their Clear Black technology.
The Hardware
Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 quad core processor, the phone is set at the clock speed of 1.3 GHz. But you get only 1 GB RAM which is a little disappointing. To compensate, they have given the option of 16 GB internal storage expandable up to 200 GB.
The Software
Running on Windows 10, the phone does perform well with all its pre-loaded apps.
The Camera
The phone comes with an 8 MP rear camera that has the auto focus feature along with a LED flash added to its f/2.2 aperture. The Front camera is of 5 M with a video recording capacity of 720p.

The Microsoft Lumia 650 is packed with the standard 802.11 b/ g/ n Wi-Fi, with GPS, v 4.10 Bluetooth and NFC. There is no options for Infrared and OTG USB. The phone accepts nano-SIM and works with both 3G, 4G and LTE.
Sensors
The Lumia 650 model has both Proximity sensor and Accelerometer as its sensors.
The Battery and other features
Another disappointment is the battery which is only 2000 mAh. But with the same the phone boasts out a talk time of a continuous 16 hours usage on 4G.
Price and Launch
The device is not yet launched in India, though it has already reached the European markets since 15th Feb, 2016 and has been priced at 199$. It is predicted that it could cost around 14000 in INR.
