How to access social networking in offline mode?

As far as my knowledge goes, it would be impractical to think of using social networks in an offline mode. They are all internet based services and will definitely need the internet connectivity or WiFi to function.
However, Facebook has plans to come with an offline mode. The Offline mode will let you access all the data that has been cached on your PC or phone. You will be able to go through the news feed that you have already checked when you checked it last time. You can like or post comments on the posts offline. However, the comments and likes will be posted to your timeline only when go online next time.

As for WhatsApp, there has been a cheating going on which has gone viral. I would request all WhatsApp users not to fall prey to it. The message promises access to WhatsApp without internet by accessing a website which is not reliable. The cheating message seems to be a trap to access your WhatsApp account. So, beware of WhatsApp spam.

Besides, Facebook allows you get messages and lets you reply via SMS. However, it would be more expensive than the online way.

It is impossible to use social networking sites in offline mode. You definitely need mobile data to reply to your messages, view post and for any kind of activity. But, there is one way to use Facebook without mobile data. All you need to do is turn on your Facebook mobile subscription. You will automatically get Facebook feeds to your mobile phone as messages. You can also reply to comments through normal messages. It is the only way to use Facebook without mobile data but the experience won't be much similar to the one used through Facebook website.

Almost every social networking site requires you to have internet connection. The services such as Whatsapp may allow you to schedule post or post during offline time. However you require internet connection to transfer the data. So without internet the data transfer may not occur.

Some messenger can make use of SMS feature but that won't be an option in case website browsing. It'll only transfer the data in terms of messaging with SMS.

However there are some of the apps that allow offline sync feature. In this feature the data is hosted on 3rd party server and syncs once the internet connection is established. So you can see you need internet for every small action to be done on the social network. Without network connection it is not possible to access social networking site.
