Lenovo Lemon 3 smartphone specs, features, price and feedback

Lenovo has launched the Lemon 3 smartphone in the Chinese market.

Design and Display
The new device has a metal body construction with physical dimensions of 142x71x7.99mm. It weighs 142 grams. The Lemon 3 features stereo speakers on the rear side. You can buy it in Silver and Gold color variants.
The Lemon 3 smartphone comes with a 5 inch full HD IPS display at 1920x1080 resolution. There is no word on the availability of any protection. The pixel density of the display is 441 ppi which good by current standards.

Hardware
The device is powered by Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616. The processor is 64 bit compatible. The graphics are taken care of by Adreno 405 GPU. The 2 GB onboard RAM is capable of effective multitasking. The smartphone has 16 GB of internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card upto 128 GB.

Camera
You get access to a 13 MP rear camera with flash and Autofocus. The camera is capable of 1080p HD video recording. The front of the phone has a 5 MP selfie camera.

Software
Lenovo Lemon 3 runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 customised by Lenovo's own UI. You get dual SIM functionality along with 4G connectivity. Other connectivity features of the smartphone include Blue tooth 4.1, GPS and WiFi.

Battery
The phone is powered by a 2750 mAh battery which should be enough for a day's usage at a moderate level. The rating by Lenovo state that you get 15 days standby time on 4G. The communication from Lenovo has claimed a 32 hour talktime on 2G.

The smartphone has been launched in China. As per the pricing released in China, the phone is available approximately at Rs. 7000. It can be ordered through official Lenovo store. Lenovo has not confirmed anything about the availability in India or elsewhere except China.

Lemon is one of the budget friendly model being released by lenovo. Lemon is yet to be released in Indian market so the final release price is yet to be revealed. However if we do the conversion for the currency then it approximately gets close to 7300 Rs. It is expected to be released in first quarter across other nations as per Android Authority.

Lemon has 1080 x 192 resolution in 5 inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display. It has 2GB RAM and 16GB external storage (extendable upto 32GB). Device has Snapdragon 616 chipset with 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 processor. The battery capacity is 2750mAh which should stand for a day with LTE data enabled. The camera is 13MP on rear end and 5MP on front end.
