  • Problem of OTG cable not working with Lenovo a2010

Unable to use a OTG cable with Lenovo a2010? Know how to resolve this problem with expert help.

I am using am old Android version. Yesterday I bought Lenovo a2010 smart phone, but am not able to connect a pendrive through an OTG cable. When I connect the OTG, it is not showing any connectivity. To connect OTG cable, is any driver required? Please guide me with this problem.

  • OTG helps you to connect mobile devices to other devices. OTG helps to connect to other devices besides PC and laptops.

The support of OTG is shown in your device package box. If there is logo, then the device supports OTG. Check at the Package Box.

You can find more information link about the support at this link:

  • It appears as if USB OTG is not supported on Lenovo A2010. I would advice you to check the documentation thst came with your phone. I remember Lenovo had stated at the time of launch that A2010 does support USB OTG. You may need to contact Lenovo care for further information.
If you are sure it has the support, check the cable with some other phone supporting OTG.
