To start with, basically I am not a fan of some brands and when you try to buy a mobile, it is best to rely on the Standard Devices which can perform with the same speed and quality for at least a year or two. So going in that way, these are the devices which you can rely on.

1- Moto G ( Gen 2 )
This Mobile is the best as it is updated with Latest Android and that too in time and Sometimes you can get Update before Nexus Devices ( happened with me once, where mine is Nexus 5, my friend owns Motorola, he got the update earlier than me). To go with specifications, it meets your stated requirements. Price at Present is 8999 ( 16 GB )

If you can invest 2-3K more you can get Moto G ( gen 3 ) which is by far the best in this Price Zone.

2-Xiomi Redmi Note
xiomi is developing fast and has all the Advance features. Xiomi interface will never make you feel bored, it will provide you with Multiple Options. Price is Rs 7999

If you want to wait a Bit, there are Launching Redmi Note 2 and Redmi Note 2 Prime, If you can wait till they Launch it. My suggestion is to go with Redmi Note 2 Prime.

So as I said I want to rely on Long lasting performance, so these are the best. Some of the devices will come with High Spec's in this Range but be carefully those Spec's are high, but the Chipset and all which they use will make the difference.

These phones are good with the screen resolution as per your expectations. Also the IPS screen for xiaomi are tough enough too.

Apart from Xiaomi phones I find Honor and Lenovo K3 note good options. In terms of camera quality Lenovo and Xiaomi has better rear end camera.
