How to convert .tiff file of cursive fonts to simple English font

Well, there are a couple of font converter softwares available over the Internet. However, please note that I have used none of them and as such would not be able to vouch for them.

This is again an online tool. It uses a simple interface wherein you can convert any of your font between different formats. It is also known to support some lesser known font formats. You can find it at http://www.freefontconverter.com/

There are many online converters available to convert one type of file to another. Also there are simple tricks available using which you can easily convert your .tiff file to .doc file. Just open a new .doc file and insert the .tiff file into .doc file.
