  • There are a couple of 4G enabled phones available under the price band of Rs.10000. I am selecting this price bracket as I feel this as a reasonable price one would be ready to spend on a phone. A summary list would contain –

    Xiaomo RedMi 2

It was launched at a price tag of Rs. 6999, but has recently seen a slashed price to Rs. 5999. The device has many advanced features observed in high end devices. It is powered by Snapdragon 410 quadcore processor. The 4.7 inch full HD IPS display makes it one of the brightest screens. Rear camera on the phone is of 8 MP resolution, while the front camera has a resolution of 2 MP. The phnone has an excellent camera for its price. Running on Android Kitkat, RedMi 2  has USB OTG connectivity. One of the best points in favour of this device is 4G compatibility on both SIMs.

    Asus Zenfone 2 Laser

It is again powered by the same Snapdragon 410 processor as on the RedMi 2. Targeted primarily at the photography buffs, the phone has a 5.5 inch screen at 1280x720 resolution. 2GB onboard RAM is one of the unique features of the device. Equipped with Gorilla Glass 4 protection, it comes with 16 GB internal memory expandable upto 128 GB. Asus Zenfone 2 Laser  sports a 13 MP rear camera with Laser auto focus. On the front, you get a 5 MP selfie camera. The phone is however is priced at a slightly higher Rs. 9999.

    Lenovo K3 Note

It should be one of the topmost phones to opt for when choosing a 4G enabled device. Lenovo K3 Note is powered by MediaTek processor at a clock speed of 1.7 GHz. Sporting a 5.5 inch full HD screen, it offers 2 GB RAM. 16 GB of internal storage can further be expanded by another 32 GB. A mammoth battery capacity is claimed to offer a backup of upto 36 hours. It carries a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera for your photography needs. You can buy this phone at Rs. 9999.

    Lenovo A2010

This is the latest entrant in the 4G arena. Possibly the lowest priced 4G smartphone, it sports a 4.5 inch display at a 454x800 resolution. Powered by a MediaTek 64 bit processor at a clock speed of 1.0 GHz, it has 1 GB of RAM. Internal memory of the device reads 8 GB which can be expanded via amicroSD card. It comes with a 5 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front snapper. Running on Android Lollipop 5.1, the device has battery capacity of 2000 mAh. The flash sale will be held on September 3 for which registrations have already begun. You can buy this phone at Rs. 4990.
