Asus Zenfone 2 Deluxe specs, price and review

Asus has redesigned its current phone Zenfone 2 and marketing it with newer improvements. Zenfone 2 Deluxe is one such attempt. The details of the device are –
Design
Design continues to be similar to Zenfone 2. The buttons are positioned on the back of the device. The back of the phone has really good design changeover. Criss cross bumps aid in handling the phone. It has chameleon color technology which changes color depending on the light.

Display
Display remains same at 5.5 inch 1920x1080 resolution. Full HD screen makes colors stand out. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
Hardware
The phone is powered by Intel Atom Z3580 quadcore processor. The clock speed is an impressive 2.3 GHz. You get a 4 GB onboard RAM. The device comes with the 64 and 128 GB internal memory. You have the option to expand the memory upto 64 GB via microSD card. Graphics are handled by PowerVR G6430 GPU. The processor, however, is known to have heating issues.
Software
The phone runs on Android Lollipop 5.0.2. Customisation is provided by ZenUI. The skin is known to be lag free since long.
Camera
The phone comes with a 13 MP rear camera with Dual LED flash and autofocus. It has PixelMaster 2.0 technology that is said to improve the quality of low light images. You also get a 5 MP front snapper which clicks some quite impressive snaps.
Price
The phone is priced at Rs. 22999 for the 64 GB variant. The price of 128 GB version is Rs. 29999. It attempts to sell you an existing phone in a more premium package.
