How to create GIF image online or offline?

Learn how to create GIF images online or offline. Learn about free online tools to create GIF images and know of software to create GIF images offline.

Normally GIF image say more details than more images at a time. I want to know how to create GIF image for presentation or other purpose? What are the online free resources available and what are the offline resources one can use to create GIF image? What are the software used for creation of GIF image?

If you want to create a professional looking GIF Image then I would suggest you to go for Photoscape which is said to be Expert Program for Novice users. It is a freeware program which can be download through the official site of Photoscape whereas if we consider other programs then you have to learn them which may waste you time too.

In order to create GIF image online you can use the programs like Picmonkey or Canva. These two are cloud applications and let you do image editing online. Most of the features which are found in popular applications like Adobe are also possible here.

In case of the offline application, you can create GIF image using Paint.NET or Photoshop or GIMP. These applications allow you to create GIF offline. Photoshop is a paid program. As GIMP and PAINT.Net are being free software, you don't pay for them.
