Design and Display
The device is thinner among the average devices of the same screen size. The physical dimensions are 152.60 x 76.20 x7.99 mm. It weighs 150 grams. The larger battery for its size is a little thumbs down. It sports a 5.5 inch IPS LCD screen at 1920x1080 resolution. The IPS screen has better viewing angles and sharpness. Coming under Phablet category because of its size, the phone has has an impressive pixel density of 401 ppi, making it sharper in comparison with a average screen. It will be available in Onyx Black, Pearl White and Laser Yellow color variants. The black version will come with matte finish.
Hardware
The device is powered by a robust Media Tek MT6752 octa core processor at a clock speed of 1.7 GHz. Coupled with 2 GB RAM, it should give a smoother multitasking experience. The internal memory, however, is a meager 16 GB. The expansion slot is available with support upto 32 GB. It is backed by Mali-T760MP2 GPU.
Software
The device runs on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop. Customized by Lenovo's own Vibe UI, the interface looks heavily skinned.

Camera
Lenovo K3 carries a 13 MP rear camera capable of full HD video recording at 1080p. Camera features include auto focus, LED flash, HDR, face detection and touch focus. The low light photography is not too bad. The 5 MP front camera does take decent selfies.

The phone has a 3000 mAh battery. The talktime as claimed by the manufacturers is 36 hours. It is said to provide a standard standby time of 750 hours. Price and availability
The phone has been released in India on June,25. You can register for the flash sale to be held on Flipkart on July,8. Registrations are open from 25th June to 7th July. Price has not yet been announced. It is supposed to be in the sub-10K segment.
