    Bought a product from Shopclues and want to return it? Know from our experts the correct procedure to return already purchased products from shopclues portal & whether you need to pay the return courier charges.

    I recently purchased a product from Shopclues and I would like to return it. What is the procedure for doing so? Do I have to pay the return courier charges myself? Please guide.

  • To return a product to ShopClues you need to follow these steps -

    1. You get a 10 day return/refund warranty from ShopClues. Sign in to your account and head on to your order history.

    2. Click on Request Return.

    3. ShopClues will review the request for eligibility and if satisfied, will initiate refund process.

    4. If your city has the pick up service, ShopClues arranges for picking up the item. Pack the item with all the original accessories, labels and bills and wait for the the item to be picked up.

    5. If your city has no pick up service, you will need to send the item to ShopClues by courier. Charges borne by you will be refunded in the form ClueBucks ( which you can redeem while making the next purchase from ShopClues).

    6. Once the pick up is received by ShopClues, it is verified against the claim and if accepted, refund process begins. Exact time of replacement will depend on your location.

    1. Open ShopClues.com
    2. Sign in to your account.
    3. Look up for the products you purchased from it.
    4. Click on the product which you want to return (it can only be returned in the 10 days after delivery).
    5. Now you will find an option to "Request Return", click on it.
    6. The request will be sent to ShopClues.com and they will review it.
    7. If the employes of ShopClues.com visit your place then they will come to take the product and if not then you need to send it to them by courier.

    Extra Info:- As per the reviews, Amazon is bad in this process and FlipKart is best.

  • Once you have picked up the item from ShopClues, you have ten days to return it. Follow these steps to do so :

    1. Login to your ShopClues account.

    2. Select the product which you have bought earlier but now wants to return.

    3. Click on "Request Return" option.

    4. Now, you need to pack the item and courier it to ShopClues.

    5. Then, they will review the item. If your complaint is genuine, then they will issue you the refund money.
