Which one is the best CFL lights/lamps?

I personally prefer Philips because of brand value and the service they provide in terms of warranty they give to their products. Philips is one of the old companies that makes CFL and conventional bulbs.

I would like to highlight Havells as one of the best in this field which are found to be used in maximum numbers. So you must go for it.

Well, with a multitude of manufacturers out there, I do not think there could be a single kind of answer to this question. Each of us have a strange, yet strong affiliation with a particular brand. What appears best for me will not appeal at all to someone else. As such, I do not think the responses will matter much. These will only remain as personal opinions.
Now, having said that- I would prefer prefer to go with Philips for the obvious reason. They have been the trusted ones for decades together.

Bajaj and Anchor are also good manufacturers of CFLs. In our home, we are using CFLs of Anchor and we are satisfied with its quality. Most of the time, it lasts longer than 1 year.
