  • Internet connection problem with BSNL Penta IS703C

    Having Net connectivity problem using a dongle with BSNL Penta IS703C? Check with our experts what could be the possible reason and how to resolve this persistent problem.

    I am not able to connect to Internet. I am using 3G external Dongle of AIR TEL HUAWEI E1731 .
    For the last two years there was no problem connecting to Internet with the above mentioned Dongle but after running Factory Data Reset twice all the network settings got lost and now I am not able to connect to Internet though all APN settings are OK. While searching the Network after APN settings are done a massage is flashed as "error while connecting to the network this time , please try later". I have been trying for long but the same problem is persisting. Kindly help me to connect to the Internet. When this Dongle is used in another PC or Laptop it connects to the internet as usual. Please help resolve the problem.

  • You don't need to worry. In Android you have option to manually configure internet settings. Depending on the network you use in dongle, you have to change the configuration accordingly. For example if I am using Tata Docomo in my dongle then I need to configure following information in the Tablet settings.

    MCC: 405
    MNC: 34

    Try searching for manual settings for your network operator. You will get all those detail in internet. The APN and MCC should be common for all states but MNC will change depending on the circle/state. I am in Karnataka and so my MNC is 34.
