No, Nokia Lumia 535 doesn't have the OTG feature so you can't connect any pen drive using OTG cable.
By the way, this product is called Microsoft Lumia 535 and not Nokia Lumia 535.

As far as my knowledge goes, this smartphone does not support OTG cable. However, it is an excellent phone at the price range at which it is offered. This phone runs on Windows 8.1 operating system, has 5MP primary camera and 5MP secondary camera also. If you are looking for a good smartphone at a price below Rs.10000, then you can surely go for Microsoft Lumia 535 without any doubt.
