We cant find a lots of basic Android smartphone in the market below Rs. 5000. All those devices comes with WiFi connectivity and some these devices also got dual sim feature. But other hardware specs may not be impressive and the device may get laggy when performing multi tasking. We can't expect much more than these economic smartphones and especially Android devices are not that much smooth when we compare with Windows devices because of it's interface and apps.
