    Does Motorola Moto G Smartphone support OTG cable?

    Motorola has recently launched Moto G smartphone is India which is getting tremendous response from customers. Read this thread to know if this smartphone supports OTG cable or not.

    Motorola has relaunched their service in India by launching Moto G, a best in class smartphone in the mid range. Many of my friends are wondering if this wonderful smartphone supports OTG cable. I want to know if OTG cable is supported by the device so that I can tell my friends and help them.

  • OTG support is available in Moto G. It also offers a microUSB v2.0 port. This device also got a lot of impressive features within a mid rage price tag. This product is capable to regain the status of Motorola in smartphone world. It runs on the Android v4.3 Jelly Bean version and it can also be upgraded to Android KitKat. The 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, Quad Core processor, Adreno 305 (450 MHz Single Core) GPU are also included.

    Moto G's 4.5 Inches IPS LCD HD display provides a resolution of 1280 x 720 Pixels and protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.   • According to the best of my knowledge, Motorola Moto G smartphone supports OTG cable. So you can use OTG cable for Moto G smart phones.

  • As all others above said, Moto G indeed supports an OTG cable. You can connect it to a flash drive, hard drive, usb controller etc.
