Drop box is a file hosting service operator. It does many works like cloud storage, file synchronization, and client software.
Users can create a special folder on their computers by using the drop box. Files that are placed in the folder are accessible through a website and mobile phone applications.
Remove a file from your iPhone
The files that are local copies of files and marked as favorites can be stored in Drop box.
At first we swipe from left to right over the file name to reveal a set of icons. If the file is currently a favorite, the star icon will be filled in.
After it we should tap the star to remove the file as favorite.
When we tap it, it removes as favorite.
If we want to remove multiple files, we tap the check mark icon at the top right of the Favorites tab. Here we select the files that we are going to remove. After it we tap the remove button at the bottom of the screen.
Delete a file from your Drop box
To reveal a set of icons, you should swipe from left to right over the file name from the file list view. After it, tap the trash can icon. Here you will find your choice related to remove your files. Tapping the trash can icon while previewing a file will also delete it.
For deleting multiple files, we can tap the ellipsis (...) icon at the top right of the screen and then tap the Select option. Here you have the facility to select the file that you want to delete. After it, tap the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.
In this way we see that once we confirm our decision to delete a file, it will be removed from our iPhone, the Drop box website, and all the computers linked to our Drop box account.
