What is the difference between Samsung Galaxy Note II and Galaxy Note III?

Samsung Galaxy S III is not released yet and the table shows only some expected features. There are some aspects where Galaxy II gains over Galaxy III. These include the bigger screen size, faster CPU & GPU, longer battery life and presence of S Pen & Wacom digitizer in Galaxy II. On the other hand, Galaxy III is more compact, lighter and has more color options. Galaxy S III is expected to be released this September at an estimated price of around Rs.45000. Clearly, SIII will be more expensive than SII.
