By using Airtel Money you can do following activities.
1. Recharge your phone or others phone and DTH.
2. Send/withdraw money from any aritel money accout or bank account.
3. Pay bills and buy
4. Pay shop (Shops having aritel money account)
5. Book tickets such as movie or a bus ticket

To use the above features you should recharge your Airtel Money account from Airtel outlet or net banking. I recharge my account using net banking. I haven't used many of Airtel Money services. I frequently use this service to recharge my account.
