How to troubleshoot and fix the problem of iPad not connecting with iTunes?

Connect iPad to recognize by your computer

Inspect your cable and USB port


Inspect that your iPad cable and USB port is in good condition. Check whether USB port is proper and no damage. It is a mandatory step because once your device is recognized by your system iTunes recognizes or connects automatically with iPad. So take proper look over USB port or cable if it is proper state. If you think that the USB port is damaged then you should purchase new one.

Restart and reboot computer and iPad respectively

Reinstall iTunes software package


This step is recommended if above methods failed to do the task. To proceed with this method firstly uninstall the existed iTunes from the computer. Uninstall doesn't mean that it will delete your data so don't be afraid of any deletion of your media files. Next step is to reinstall the iTunes package. For reinstallation of iTunes download the iTunes from Apple's store.

Note: If the above steps do not work then check other internal errors of your computer such as system software, files or any other errors. Mostly above methods are quite effective to overcome this problem.
