If you are not happy with the product(s) received, the return policy of Gobol allows return of the products within 7 days of receipt. You have to place a request with the customer care executive and return the product to the warehouse it was shipped from. Make sure that it is in the original state with the packing and accessories as delivered. The process can take up to 15 days. The order can be cancelled only within 24 hours after placing the order. Although E commerce market is crowded but with the unique features which Gobol is providing can make a difference. Specially the features like Factory Second, Surplus are quite interesting.
Yes, I too visited Gobol, and found it very genuine. I have had an awesome experience with it. A few days ago I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 at a 45% discount with a year's warranty and it was shipped within few days in a perfectly working condition. so, I plan to order some more products from the site.

This is one of the worst online shopping portal in India. The products are 3rd class. They send duplicate products and customer service is worst at Gobol.
I bought a Dell laptop from them, which started to give trouble within one month. I literally had to beg and fall in to their legs to repair it or replace or give the money back. They are doing nothing. I am still on to them. It has been a month I raised a complaint.
Also, I ordered a Philips Sound Player, but I returned it. According to them, the money is been refunded but God knows in which account they credited. I need to fight for this also.

After reading the thread of comments, I would like to share my experience with gobol.
Well last week only I ordered a Westinghouse WHLSE3801 Ladies Shaver from Gobol, which was a surplus product. Though the product was delivered 2 days late, but it was absolutely in perfect working condition, as mentioned by the Customer Support Executive. It feels great when you purchase branded product at a really nominal price (47% discount). I would not mind exploring the other categories of Gobol.
Has anyone used Gobol recently? Has their customer service improved? earlier there were many complaints about their poor support but I think now Gobol service has improved a lot. If anyone has any direct experience with Gobol.in, please share the experience.
I would recommend www.GetAbhi.com if you want to buy shirts, jeans, trousers, etc. It is specialized for men’s clothes & accessories.
Though the concept is good but its a very unfriendly website. It appears that they are only showing the "Sold-out" products. Don't see any logic in it unless you wanted to come into Google searches.
Even "exclude Out of Stock" option takes hell of time to strike out the products.
I have also seen very bad experience with GoBol. They are not ready to return my money, also I am following with their customer care team. Not got any satisfactory answers from them almost 21 days gone. Not got any positive repose. We can reach only their customer care team. No one ready to take respectability.

I'm sorry to hear your bad experience with Gobol. It is a common scenario in India that eCommerce sites will start with lot of promises and also offer good experience in the beginning. Once they get some market share, they reduce their resources and quality of service goes down.

The worst Service & Customer Care Executive, I have ever seen in my entire life.
I ordered a phone and paid through Internet Banking. The payment was done and money has been deducted from my account, but I didn't get any message from GOBOL.IN
When I called on your Customer Care no., a guy picked up the call and
First of all he told me that he couldn't do anything because I didn't get any message on my e-mail id from www.gobol.in.
Then after arguing for a few minutes, he asked my name and then told me my order no. and after that he told me that it's my mistake that I didn't get message of confirmation.
Wao. I think what he told is actually right. It's really my fault that I thought to buy from the so called company website GOBOL.IN and I am a fool that I paid it upfront without thinking about the credibility of this company. Really, I should curse myself for BELIEVING in GOBOL.IN.
Even the way the Customer Care Executive was talking to me was rude and pathetic. He was not at all cooperative. Even he clearly told that there was no point in discussing these things. Great. I deserve this type of treatment because I believed in GOBOL.IN.

Good electronics products seem to be there on GoBol. I also saw many electronics products with low prices in India from Moskart.

Hi Tony, I purchased a laptop, (Order # 100083321), and found a downgraded version being sent. The product was not even tested before being sent. It was dusty, the DVD R/W needed to be cleaned before I could test it. The battery gave a warning immediately that it needed to be replaced. Its a awful site.

which was delivered after 2-3 days as being COD order i had paid in cash to the courier guy after receiving the order.
the very evening hen i configured the phone i noticed few lags while fiddling through the menu but ignored it but it became frequent and often my phone all of sudden started lagging in mid of the operation or call. After restarting the phone i thought resolution has been found but till date the problem is still persisting.
Yesterday evening while making a call i noticed a small crack on my phone which in no time got bigger. i have been taking utmost care in handling the phone and to see all dis in less than a month phone develop a crack without any mishandling is quite surprising.
With the positive reviews about your service i blindly trusted and spent my hard earning on to be supposedly good quality phone but now my faith is shaken a bit and expect you to bring my faith and trust back in your company.
