Design of Dell Inspiron M101Z Laptop:

This Dell Inspiron M101Z offers more set of input ports compare to other net book models and on the left side we can connect Ethernet ,HDMI output for high resolution audio and video media. Over right side we have two more USB ports, its for connecting the headphone or microphone as well as slot to connect the power adapter.

The model has a black glossy bezel surrounding 11.6 inch display. The lower part of the notebook combines a gunmetal gray plastic deck with a black chiclet-style keyboard. This model has a paisley like pattern (Jax model) and the other patterns are Tomato Red, promise pink version with Digipais pattern and standard clear black pattern.

Keyboard Features:
In this M101z chiclet keyboard keys are more comfortable to use and type. The top row contains the function keys so that you can directly access controls such as brightness and volume adjustment. The smooth touchpad is very easy to navigate and it has two mouse buttons attached to it.

Internet Access:
For transferring data between the M101z and a smartphone or another device, the Inspiron also comes equipped with Bluetooth 3.0 +HS. Another advantage is the dummy port for a SIM card. You can surf the net with the help of corresponding UMTS module.

After playing a Hulu video for 15 minutes, we measured temperatures of 105 and 98 degree Fahrenheit on the touchpad and between the G and H keys. if the systems runs for long time, sometimes we can feel more heat is being produced from left side of the laptop. Finally, we conclude that it provides above average performance.
