Windows 8 will release on 26 October, 2012 has been confirmed by the Microsoft's Steven Sinofsky. It is really a very good news for all Windows fan. Though last week we had news from the official that Windows 8 will release sometime in October and exact date wasn't announced. Now, It's been confirmed that Windows 8 will release on 26th October 2012.

Just a while ago, I got to know this news from the Windows blog where it's been written by Steven Sinofsky. Recently, we had updates from the Microsoft officials and it was announced that Windows 8 to go on sell in late October. Sadly, the date wasn't confirmed and every one wanted to know the exact date of release for most amazing, innovative and user friendly operating system. "…October 26th, 2012! That's right! Just a few minutes ago, Steven Sinofsky announced at Microsoft's annual sales meeting that customers will be able to get Windows 8 – whether in upgrade fashion or on a new PC – starting on October 26th," has been confirmed on the Windows Blog.

Huurraaaayyyyy! October 26th, 2012 is Friday, Of course a weekend and we'll have free time to play with the newly released operating system. Windows 8 and its popularity


In fact, Windows 8 is the unique, faster, smarter and delicious operating system for this era. Windows 8 isn't just a operating system to run on your PC, And that makes it very special if you own various gadgets like tablets, smartphone, notebook etc. The Windows 8 will be supportive for all your devices and you can have an easy access and experiences with Windows 8.

We'll have to agree that Windows 8 is much better then all the existing Windows and some other operating system. Microsoft launching Windows 8 Builds and previews from last one year. The year 2012 was started with the launch of Windows 8 Developer Preview and I am sure, we loved it when the Beta version was released in the month February.

Time to time, we have experienced many features of Windows 8, I would like to specify Metro style again. Yes, it is simply superb. You'd love the automatically update-able tiles of Metro style Windows 8. Just a couple of weeks ago, We got to experienced the Windows RT as well. And very soon in the first week of August, Microsoft will release Windows 8 RTM for the manufactures. Just couple of months later, we could experience the genuine product Windows 8.
