HP launched ENVY series notebook and sleekbook to expand its notebook portfolio and sleekbooks in India. HP Envy Sleekbook will be available in two variants – Envy 4 and Envy 6 each differ in respect of their display screen size. The tablet variants are powered by latest Intel core processors and nine hours battery life. HP ENVY 4 Sleekbook has 14-inch (35.56 cm) where the Envy 6 will be available in 15.6-inch (39.62 cms) diagonal display. The machine houses an Intel Core i3-2367M processor that clocked at 1.4GHz and having 6GB DDR3 RAM. Only HP Envy 4 has Intel HD Graphics 3000 integrated GPU for user-friendly movies and web browsing experience.
The machine has HDMI port for using a second monitor (no VGA) and also 3 extra USB 2.0 ports provided for adding extra peripherals. Machine has an Ethernet port and a SD card slot for expanding up to 500GB of storage.
The HP ENVY notebook PC equipped with an ImagePad, traditional touchpad has been replaced with this ImagePad, an advanced image sensor for providing better precision and improve gesture responsiveness. The device boasts up to 8 to 9 hours of battery life. HP ENVY ultrabooks are available with black and red color options for users. The device is 19.8mm (0.78-inches) thin and 1.78 kg in weight. In Japan, Toshiba launched its new expensive small sized tablets model named - Regza AT570. The Tablet features 7.7 inch display screen, runs on latest Android version 4.0 with NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor with 1.3GHz of processing speed. The machine provides 5MP back facing camera in this device good enough to capture videos & images with clarity and having a 2-MP front facing camera with video calling facility.
The company revealed four Regza models with AT series - Regza AT830, AT570, AT500 and Regza AT700. All tablets running on Google's Android operating system and feature 5MP rear and 2MP front facing cameras but differ in respect to their processor, display screen and resolution. The Toshiba Regza AT570 runs Google's Android 4.0 Ice-Cream Sandwich operating system and power up by NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor with 1.3GHz processing speed and 1GB of RAM for smooth performance. Regza AT570 has 7.7 inch display screen with 1280 X 800 pixels resolution and powered by NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor with 1.3GHz processing speed.
Regza AT570 is a light 332gm in weight and measures to 135 x 204.4 x 8 mm along with an Organic EL 7.7 inch Amoled capacitive touch screen display with 1280 X 800 pixels resolution screen.
Toshiba Regza AT570 will be available in silver and black colors and the gadget comes with many other interesting features like SMS, MMS, accelerometer (motion), predictive text, amient light and proximity. Toshiba regza AT570 gives you a Li-ion standard battery with up to 10 hours browsing backup.
The device embeds 32GB/64GB internal memory and also supports microSD card for memory expansion.
