Motorola has announced its two smartphone models namely – Motorola Defy XT and Motorola Defy MINI. We have provided technical specifications and features of these two new models here in this article. Read this article to know more about these smartphones.

These two handsets of Motorola were launched yesterday which are full of various new features. The Motorola Defy XT and MINI are water resistant and dustproof which runs on Android based operating system. Moreover, these mobile phones are also featured with Corning Gorilla Glass technology.

Motorola Defy XT- Specifications and Features


Motorola Defy XT
The Motorola Defy XT runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system with crystal – clear corning Gorilla Glass 3.7 inch wide touch screen display to provide a good touch environment and experience to users.



The device is featured with a 5 Mega Pixel rear Camera along with LED flash and a front VGA Camera for making video calls. The Motorola Defy XT is powered by 1 GHz processor and comes with 1,650 mAh of battery which provides 9.5 hours of talktime and 480 hours on standy mode. The device is supported with 512 MB of RAM and 3.5mm stereojack. The Defy XT provides GPRS, EDGE – Class12, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth as connectivity option. The device also comes pre-loaded with many applications such as Google Maps, Gmail, Youtube and some other additional applications.

Motorola Defy MINI
The Motorola Defy MINI is a dual-SIM compatible phone which runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The device has 3.2 inches of touch screen wide display along with 480 X 320 pixels resolution. The device is featured with a 3 Mega Pixel of rear Camera and a front VGA Camera. The Motorola Defy MINI is powered by a 600 MHz processor and is loaded with 1,650 mAh battery which is rated to provide 9 hours of talktime and 540 hours of talktime on standby mode.
The Motorola Defy MINI is also a water resistant and dust resistant mobile phone which is IP67 certified.



Price and Avaibility


The price of Motorola DEFY XT and DEFY MINI (Dual SIM) in India is Rs. 16190 and Rs. 11490 respectively. You can purchase these phones from various online and offline stores. These are available at online stores now but it may take few days to reach at local outlets near you.
