Download Universal USB installer from this link http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/#button. After completion of download run that software on windows.
Step 1From the drop down menu select your operating system which you want to make it bootable like XP,Windows 7 etc.
Step 2After selecting operating system next step is specify your ISO file path from your computer where you have saved.
Step 3Click on now showing all drives it will make all the partitions drive visible to you. Insert your pen drive to your computer and find out the name of that drive. from drop down menu select the USB pen drive. for your convenience change the name of pen drive. After selecting pen drive name select format but make sure that no data is saved in pen drive. Is you have than save it otherwise you will lost it.
After finishing all three step click on create it will start burning process on pen drive. It also shows the DATA burning speed and total time required for that process.
After completing this process remove pen drive from computer and that pen drive can be used any where for installing operating system. Restart your system and change your setting in boot sequence make pen drive a your first booting device.
