Skylander's latest addition the Skylanders Cloud Patrol is the superb shooting arcade game you would be longing for. Great sounds, great characterization and the speed with which it precedes all will make you go gooey with excitement. Now let us have a peek over the insights of the game.

The storyline of Skylanders Cloud Patrol game, as in most of the shooting games is simple and subtle, giving more emphasis on shooting. Some elves have been successful in jailbreak and being a committed member of cloud patrol, it's your duty to kill them with the gun you are provided with. For blasting the elves you are required to tap on the elves and they would be blasted. But it's not as easy as you may think as the elves are also having weapons and there are times when you will land in front of a group of elves. Here, you are required to create a line joining the elves and tap so that will end up all the elves but this is also not as easy as it gets as it can allow elves enough time to land an attack on you or you may unknowingly blow up a bomb. But if you succeed you would be rewarded with a good bonus of coins.

Needless to say, if you don't it's a game over for you. In addition to this, if you closely observe, you can easily see the influence of the other shooting games like jetpack joyride in this. Like some of the best motivators in Jetpack Joyride have been included here. You are required to complete many goals at the same time and once you complete these goals you can earn stars which can make your level up which can in turn provide you gems which are the games premium currency. Earning gems can help you unlock power ups and adding new members of the cloud patrol to your help. So you are required to collect as many gems as you can as it will help you to get more power ups and other exciting benefits. Now, an important question that would be lingering in your mind would be the coins, why have we collected these many coins risking our lives. The prime reason for collecting coins is to buy power ups as power is a really essential as it would help you to blast the elves and continue with your game.

Now, let us have a peek over the controls and characterization of the game.
The controls are really cool as I have told you at the beginning itself that you have to just tap on the elves to blast them and if you want to kill a group of elves you have to just create a line between the elves and tap on them. The FX and music are really cool which will make you go gooey with excitement. Now, let us look on the characterization of the Skylanders. Characterization is a bit disappointment as it really ornamental as different Skylanders are not provided with different weapons or powers which makes it really cosmetic.

On the whole Skylanders Cloud Patrol is a fast, frantic and fantastic game which will keep you glued to your seats.
