Aakash Tablet PC sold out, Ubislate 7 Plus online booking available

Datawind has closed the online booking of Aakash students tablet. But they have opened the online Pre- booking for Ubilsate 7 Plus, the advanced version of Aakash Tablet. Read the below article to know about the online booking procedure and all features and specification of Ubislate 7 Plus.

Datawind closed the online booking of low cost Aakash tablet. But now they have started the online pre booking of Ubislate 7 plus. As per the reports, Datawind is not accepting anymore online booking for Aakash Tablet. Datawind started the selling of Aakash tablet on Dec 14. Within a week they received further 60,000 Aakash orders. Satisfying all these orders could take several months. So it will take more time for the launch of Ubislate 7 plus. Inorder to make early releasing of Ubislate 7 plus, Datawind closed the online booking of Aakash tablet. Ubilsate 7 plus has many improved and upgraded features than its predecessor. Datawind had planned to launch ubislate 7 plus in the markets between November end or early December. But they received unexpected amount of booking for Aakash tablet. So it will take more time for them to deliver all those tablets. That made the late releasing of Ubilsate 7 Plus. Also Datawind is planning to sell 1 million tablets in Indian markets this year. So they are planning to open three more manufacturing units in India each having a production capacity of 3000 tablets per day. So they will open new centers at Kochi, Noida and Secunderabad. Ubislate 7 plus is also receiving massive online booking. As per the reports in the official website of Datawind, the pre- booking of Ubislate 7 plus is already sold out for the month of January and February, Now they have opened the pre- booking for the month of March. Aakash Tablet was designed especially for students. But the advanced version can be used for commercial purposes also. These make it more demanding in the market. Of course, Aakash and Ubilsate 7 Plus cannot be compared with the market dominating tablets manufactured by Apple, Samsung, Blackberry and HTC. But the prices of these high precision tablets are ten times more than Aakash and Ubislate tablets. Aakash students tablts were sold at Rs 2499.
