It allows you to share the selected page with the one you want to by adding an optional message to it.

The additional features in tablets like slide systems, touch system etc generally use lot of RAM. Windows 7 uses more than 400 MB but the new OS Windows 8 uses only 280 MB for all these features. This is really impressive stuff from Microsoft.
