Facebook Phone is Coming ..?, Yes it is true Facebook the dominating social network Website is going to launch its own Smartphone Named Buffy. Facebook is launching the new Phone in partnership with the Taiwan Mobile phone Company HTC. Read this article to know more about the Facebook Phone Buffy



 


After a yearlong speculation, it seems that Facebook Phone is going to be a reality. Social Networking Giants facebook is joins hands with Taiwan based Mobile phone Company to Launch Facebooks Own mobile Phone. The new Smartphone in collaboration with Facebook and HTC is named Buffy. The phone is android powered, mostly a modified version of Android version that deeply support the Facebook services, Buffy is planned to be supporting HTML5 as a platform for applications.

There is news of Facebook was planning to make the Korean Company Samsung for their new venture but instead turned to another giant in the market HTC. The product is on the way to hit the market within 12 to 18 months. The project which was in shelves for the past two years is in progress under the new CEO Bret Taylor.

Like any other web service available now, for future of Facebook mobile is critical. They are not directly plunging in the Mobile market rather chosen a safe way to join hands with established firms Like HTC. Currently Facebook is having around 350 Million Mobile users in almost 475 different Network providers. All most every phone in the market comes with Facebook App option, still it is just an in all other phones in the market, were you can see your friends updates and uploads. But now Facebook is looking for something different that, it is the ruling content of the Gadget, which helps users to directly share pictures with picture taking Apps, integrating facebook contacts with phones address book.

The Launch of Buffy will be significant in the fight for mobile control by the three giants Apple, Google and Facebook. The first two are having their own gadgets in the market, Apples official social partner is Twitter and Google has its own Google + running. All these firs had designed phones giving more preference to their own social networks; Facebook is only one App among the lot for both. Buffy will be great step towards Facebook'S towards mobile world.

HTC has already launched two phones Salsa and Cha Cha with dedicated facebook button, other manufactures like Motorola and Ing Mobile also launched gadgets with Facebook Button . France Telecom orange also announced facebook centric Mobile phone. With launch of Buffy the Social networking activities will be deeply integrated with Mobile.
