Then scroll down the list and select Apps from right side and then enter "Cmd" in search box and finally a result displays on left side which is your "cmd.exe" file. Make a right click on the "cmd.exe" file.

Once you make right click on file then a check mark appears next to cmd.exe and advanced icon appears on same Windows. Click on advanced icon and select run as administrator from the popup menu.
