When we talk about Wi-Fi synchronization then Android version verifies connection with third party apps only where Windows mango 7.5 version uses Wi-Fi synchronization. Moreover, flash support is there in Android 4.0 but not in Windows mango 7.5.

There is full controls support for customization tab in Android Ver. 4.0 where as Windows mango 7.5 has limited or none customization functions. For online viewing and connectivity, Android 4.0 edits the document using Google Docs where as Windows mango 7.5 uses office mobile applications for editing purpose.
