With the help of this feature, one can easily refresh their system without loosing files, and by Reset feature, one can easily reset the system to the previous default state.

When you are using the "Refresh and Reset" features, there are maximum chances to ask for a Windows 8 prdouct key. Though Windows 8 won't ask you while installing the Windows 8, it may ask when you are using the Refresh and Reset feature.
