Windows 8 BUILD developer conference - live coverage and updates

Microsoft is conducting the BUILD developer conference this week. In this post, I will discuss the sites where you can find the live coverage and live updates of the BUILD event to be started on 13 Sept 2001.

I really wanted to attend the Windows 8 BUILD developer conference this year at USA. However, since I had just moved from USA to India and we are busy settling down here, I did not want to make another trip to USA. I am really going to miss the BUILD conference where Microsoft is going to showcase the Windows 8 features and probably give out some Windows 8 goodies!

Windows 8 BUILD conference live updates and live coverage

When I first hear about the BUILD conference, I thought I will definitely attend this event and give a live coverage from the conference room, which would be the first real world use for my iPad 2. But unfortunately, I could not make it to the event this time. So I will have to depend on the live updates from other MVPs and many other Windows 8 bloggers.

I am not sure what kind of networking infrastructure Microsoft is going to provide in the conference hall. I hope they will give free WIFI to all attendees so that they can give a live tweets and live coverage of the entire program. If there is no free WIFI, not everybody can afford the live coverage. But I am sure atleast few of the attendees will have wireless networking and internet data cards which can be used from the conference hall.

Right now, I am looking at various bloggers whom I expect to provide live updates from the Windows 8 BUILD event. I have made a short list of such bloggers, but not sure if they are going to keep their promise. As soon as the BUILD conference starts, I will update the list of all live bloggers from the Microsoft Windows 8 BUILD event.
