It is Windows Live ID which provides synchronization support for cloud storage such that when you are in roaming area then it will automatically track location of place and define extra roaming charges for that location through Windows Live Mesh. Moreover, live in-built tiles for messaging social and messaging hub will use unified communication service.

We are willing to see online service package of Microsoft which is expected to consist of online cloud nature. Instead of this, it will also support Windows Live Essentials for live web services that include photos, videos, pictures, mailing, sync etc.
