Both International market brands Microsoft and Google are trying to implement a new patent according to which Microsoft's forcing Google to pay royalties for Microsoft patent portfolio that covers Android OS. There are no disclosures or discussions regarding the sum that Google has to pay for this patent protection deal. The information which comes from centre desk depicts that Android phones and Google Chrome OS product supports tablets, e-readers and other devices that easily runs on Android and Chrome platform. Few days back, we have heard about compatibility issue of Windows phone 7 with Android market store. Microsoft itself introduces a package which allows Windows phone users to interact with Android phones. This step of Microsoft is appreciated internationally by the Smartphone companies. Moreover, Microsoft has already started scripting level for management of Android makers but Google Chrome OS is still waiting to achieve success using HTML 5 on Windows 8 OS and that too provided by Windows developers.

We know that HTC Company which is largest Smartphone manufacturer of Asia market is paying $5 to Microsoft licensing per one handset. While on the other hand, Microsoft also getting its fee from other manufacturers as well, that costs around $ 7.50 to $12.50. After seeing these sales analytics of Microsoft, we came to conclusion that Microsoft earning more from Android and other manufacturers instead of earning from Windows Phone 7 OS.

Microsoft also comes forward for its patent against Samsung and asking around $ 15 per handsets. It is considered to be high amount in comparison with other handsets manufacturers. This will not going to affect Microsoft manufacturing because whatever Microsoft provides will be considered superior by its lovers. Under this patent act, Android or Chrome OS developers cannot even fix these issues because resources and services for these handsets or OS's are provided by Microsoft.

Whatever Android and Chrome OS manufacturers are getting are on paid basis and no service is provided to manufacturers on free basis. Microsoft charges fees for its patent usage.
