In this article, I am going to discuss about Mozilla Firefox availability in Eleven Indian languages. Firefox recently released its new version 5.0. In the new version you can find support for Eleven Indian languages. How to download and what are the eleven languages are discussed in the article.

What is Mozilla ?

Mozilla is an open-source software project that uses a community-based approach to develop and provide the Firefox web browser and Thunderbird email client.

The Mozilla Foundation is a non-profit organization. Mozilla was originally the code name Netscape Communications used for its web browser. Mozilla is also the name of Netscape's mascot, and when the company released the source code for its successor to Netscape Communicator 4.x, it named its effort to coordinate the further development of the program Mozilla.org. Though Mozilla.org was founded by Netscape, it is a nonprofit and independent organization.

People who are using internet daily, there is no need of much more introduction to Mozilla Firefox. Firefox and Chrome are the two leading browsers in the internet.

The latest Mozilla Firefox 5.0 is available over 70 languages around the world. The Indian languages which includes the list are "Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil (testing), Oriya (testing) and Maithili (testing).

Now you can enjoy Firefox that speaks your language. Several Mozilla community members contributed to this project.
