Probable cause for the error: One of the services that are used by Office Professional Plus for Office 365 is not running.

Resolution for the error: We have to repair the Office installation process.

To repair the Office Installation, we have to follow the procedure mentioned below.

From the Start menu, open Control Panel.

Then open Add or Remove Programs or in Windows 7, Programs and Features.

Select Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 and then click Change.

After Setup starts, select Repair and then click Continue.

Office Professional setup will check for any errors, if any errors are found, it will repair the error. After completing the Setup, restart the system.

If you follow the above procedure, error will be rectified.
