Office Subscription Removed Error in Office 365

In this article, I discussed about error and resolution for "Office Subscription Removed" error in Office 365. This error is a general type error. We can find this error when we are dealing with Office 365. Mainly, it can be seen in Office Professional plus for Office 365.

Error: Office Subscription Removed

In this case, the Microsoft Online Services ID account was de-provisioned for Office Professional Plus for Office 365.

The computer was removed from the user's account when the user tried to activate an additional computer.

Resolution: Check the license provisioning and reset the licensing status. To do this

Log into the Office 365 Portal and verify that your account exits and that your Microsoft Online Services ID is assigned to the license for Office Professional Plus for Office 365.

If the account does not exist, please add the account.

Assign the license to the user's Microsoft Online Services ID.

To reset the license status on the computer, click Start. In the Search field, type cmd and then press ENTER.

At the command prompt, locate the OSAUI.exe file. The OSAUI.exe is located in:

64-bit Windows with 32-bit Office: %CommonProgramFiles(x86)%\microsoft shared\OFFICE14

32-bit Windows, or 64-bit Office with 64-bit Windows: %CommonProgramFiles%\microsoft shared\OFFICE14

Type in OSAUI.exe /K. For example:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE14\OSAUI.exe /K
Press ENTER.

After a minute, open an Office application.

If this does not resolve the issue, close all Office applications. Go back to step 4 and run OSAUI.exe /F instead of OSAUI.exe /K.

After that enter the Microsoft Online Services ID and password.

If you follow these steps, error will be resolved. If these steps do not resolve the problem, uninstall Office Professional Plus for Office 365 and reinstall it from the original installation source.
