To access you gadgets without any problem Run REGEDIT, and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Sidebar\Settings, there create a new DWORD value called AllowElevatedProcess and set it to 1.
