Here are the steps involved in installing Business Contact Manager 2010
1)Open and run the installer of BCM 2010. This will show the welcome screen where you need to press install.
2)You also need to shut down any Microsoft office application if running in the background.
3)If there is no Microsoft office application running then clicking install will copy the components ad you will see Startup screen.
4)There are two modes of installation here Express mode or a Custom mode.
5)After choosing one of the modes you need to specify whether or not the sample data should be installed.
6)Then the installation will take 5-10 minutes and you will see a screen that requires filling details like company name, number of employees.
