Implementing Security On Facebook

Hello, everybody today i am going to tell you how to implement security on Facebook ,using account security functionality..


Facebook is a social networking site launched On Feb 2004 and is privately owned by Facebook Inc, as on march 2011 , Facebook has more than 600 million active Users , Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg with collegrommates and fellow, in January 2009 Compete.com study ranked Facebook the most used Social networking site after Myspace,so today i am going to tell you how to implement Security In your Facebook Account

Step 1.log in to your Facebook Account
Step 2.click on account
Step 3.under account click On account setting

Step 4.put a check on browse Facebook account on secure https whenever possible

Step 5.you can also set text message Or email option whenever you login to your account, now your security is in your hand ,whenever someone tries to access your account you will be informed with a text message ,Or email

Q. what Is Http and Https?
Http(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol),it is an system to transmit and recieve information over Internet,Http works on Port 80 and not much secured,while Https(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) its is an secured protocol which works on Port 443 and much secured than Http

so I recommend to use Https while browsing also........
