The Task manger is off course of so much importance for the system because through it we can know the current number of active processes along with system performance. If Task Manager is disabled by the system administrator then we can enable it manually. So, in this article I am going to explain you the manual steps for enabling the Task manager?

The Task Manager is the main component in the windows operating system through the help of which we can easily know the currently running processes and judge their performance on the basis of CPU usage. Along with this, you can also know about networking and number of users currently active in the computer system. When any process is infected from malicious matter than task manager is the component that will be firstly disabled by this infection and then how you could come to know currently running processes and performance of system. So, I am providing the manual steps through which you can easily enable the task manager in windows operating system.

The Task Manager can be enabled manually using the few configuration settings that can be carried out when you start your computer system such that click on the start button and after that click on the run option and then type the Regedit in the run option and press enter and that will redirect you to the registry settings box which will provides you with 5 main classes of keys.

Out of this 5 classes click on the directory HKEY_CURRENT_USER and then click on the sun directory software, then on subdirectory Microsoft, then on Windows, then on Current version, then on policies and finally click on the system. The path of which is given below-

HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Current Version \ Policies\ System

After that right click on the system sub directory and then click on new option and select the Dword value which will open a new option on the right side of the screen and rename it after the name of enable taskmanager and set the value 0 in the value box and close all windows which automatically enables the task manager.
